Winter Tires suggested for the 19" wheels?

I am new to lucid and do not even have my car yet but I was planning on getting a set of 19" wheels to mount winter tires.
First is there a clear winner for what people have found to be the best winter tire?
Do I need to get camera aligned after changing the wheels?
Do I have to have TPMS sensors in my winter tires?
Should I consider run flat winter tires?

Also since the lucid has no spare and does not use run flats what do people do?
Are people buy a mini spare, mini compressor, fix a flat?

the 19" tires I got with my car are all season. The 20"+ rims all have summer tires and those should 100% be changed.

I got the '25 AT in Oct '24 and got through a NJ winter without any issues.

I also heard of people keep tire plug kits in their car. EV sports line has a spare kit too. Any one have this?

On previous cars I've owned I had good experience and was always happy with Pirelli Sottozero witner tires. They aren't really made for extreme weather (feet of snow or ice) but they handle cold weather temperatures very well and are solid, if not exemplary, in snow. In other words I never got stuck in snow, but I didn't push the envelope with it. The cars I had them on were a Golf R and an Audi S4. Both were AWD which probably also helped a bit.

So I took a screw on mile 200 of ownership. Fortunately it was only in the form of a slow leak, and could be patched without problem.
I think that an electric compressor is more useful than a spare frankly because I get the impression that changing a tire with a mini jack on this car would not be fun at all.

My DE came with the 21"s and I decided to get a lightly-used (2k miles on them) set of Model S 19" wheels with Blizzak tires ($1000 for the set, it was a steal). I did need spacers for them (5mm in the rear, 10mm in the front) but they were wonderful and, the surprise bonus, the Tesla TPMS worked with the Lucid!

It's a yes, but...I know I had gains, but I also tend to drive with some "enthusiasm", so it was very inconsistent. In addition, snow tires aren't efficient, so...

For my 2022 Air GT, I am now using: 20" Stealth Black wheels with stock tires (Michelin Pilot Sport EV)
and will change around late November to
19" Aero Range wheels with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 EV winter tires

I've been told these are very nice winter tires (they worked great for me last winter) although the research was done by the previous owner.

I have a Modern Spare that I used when my 21" took an arrow to the knee pothole to the sidewall. After that, I swore never again with low-profile tires in California and switched to the 19" with the stock all-season tires. The all-seasons have barely lost air in six months, and worked just fine driving through semi-plowed roads in South Lake Tahoe.
