Just picked up the car from the tint shop and half a dozen warnings are going off. Trunk failure, auto headlight failure, turn signal failures etc. Called shop immediately and they said to drive the car the errors should subside as it happened on another Lucid they tinted. WTF did I just get myself into?---Did not have them do the windshield, only sides and rear. Not even 200 miles on the car.

it appears the number of miles on the car isn't the issue...it's whatever they're doing to the car when tinting it, no?

Sorry to hear that.

Its most likely water intrusion somewhere during the tinting process that may have touch some electrical components. Hopefully it didn't fry anything permanently and just need time to dry off for a few days.

Is it possible that they covered up some sensors/camera with tint that is too dark? Prolly not, but just throwing it out there

Well the tint shop screwed up my car when it was brand new and fried one of the processing units and I had to tow the car to lucid and get it fixed

It cost me about 1.5k and the shop refused to pay

Eventually we settled 50/50 with the shop
