Window misalignment and cant close door properly. See attached videos (server only allows very small clips). Anyone have this exact issue and can share advice? Praying mobile service can come within a few weeks and fix this permanently. Brand new 2026 Gravity and was flawless until this. So sad as I really thought they fixed all the issues before I finally pulled the trigger. Thankfully I have my Air for another few weeks before lease return.

My Gravity is also only a few weeks old. It does not have the same misalignment as yours, but the auto-close function is malfunctioning. The windows stop halfway and then rolls back down.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any solution?

A loose screw attaching the window regulator or glass.
Maybe a new person on the assembly line.

I’ve been dealing with that same problem since I got my gravity 6 weeks ago. Mobile service has been out twice, say they fixed it, and it “breaks” again instantly. Just spent 10 days at service center. Got it back and it worked for 3 days before breaking again. The loaner car they gave me worked just fine.

Glad to know it’s not just me. Wish I had a better solution. Don’t know if it’s worth a lemon solution.

I had the exact same issue and the Plainview NY SC fixed it by replacing the regulator

My Gravity Grand Touring is also only a few weeks old. auto-close function is malfunctioning. The Driver side window stop halfway and then rolls back down. i have try to reset as per instruciton but it is still same issue.

Have the same issue with my driver side window not closing consistently. Regulator being replaced this week. Mobile tech can diagnose and replace.

I have the same problem. If I keep the window switch pulled up the window will fully close l

you sweet summer child lol

Regulator was replaced on my GGT yesterday and it works perfectly now. In talking with our mobile tech, he's seen a number of situations where it's just a window alignment issue and pinch protection kicks in. Of all the similar repairs he's had to do, he mentioned it was the first one in actual need of a new regulator. Not saying every situation is the same, but worth pointing out.

Also got my Gravity back yesterday with a new (and new revision compared to my old one) regulator and the window is back to working perfectly.

Noticing the same issue on my new touring delivered this past weekend. Not as bad as the OP. Just called studio to put in a ticket.

UPDATE: Mobile tech finally came today and fixed issue in a few minutes! It was just a loose screw for the window track that needed tightening (as @DeaneG above guessed!) Hopefully issue never comes back

still waiting for mobile tech to reach out and schedule a date.

Had to have the regulator replaced on my driver-side window for my issue, which fixed the problem. Mobile tech handled. He also adjusted alignment slightly.
