Window Closing Problems

I will make a deeper post about resolutions to this with my overall Gravity, but mine just got back from service, there is a bad batch of regulators and QC on install. Service now knows how to fix it quite quickly by adjusting the alignment of the window so it doesn't think it's hitting something and then resets position. The software part is still somewhat funky, but my window has gone up and down 100% now.

A couple weeks after I picked up my Air, I had a similar issue with the window only closing half-way after being opened.
After a few frustrating minutes, I figured out I could get the window fully closed by pulling the window up and jiggling it while also holding the window close button. Once the window is about 2/3 closed, I physically let go of the window and let the motor finish closing it. When I was able to get a mobile tech to look at it, he said he just had to clean and re-lube the rails and the window has been working perfectly fine since then.
Not sure if this same issue affects the Gravity, but I bet it's a relatively simple fix. The hard part is getting the appointment.

The window problem may be hardware. I had intermittent window problems on my front passenger side, and only that window. The problem was a bad regulator. No problems since the regulator replacement.
It happened just before my Gravity was to be returned to me and service saw an overheat fault code. There may have been a bad batch of regulators.
