QUESTION Why is Titanium option delayed

My guess is that Lucid just doesn't know yet what they're going to do. I think it's also likely that the incentives will continue for any 2026 inventory cars that are left after 31 March.

That's definitely NOT what I was told by "Aaron" at Lucid. He was emphatic that the $5000 incentive was only for taking a 2026 inventory vehicle...not for 2027 custom build orders

....One of them must be mistaken

Last year when I was talking to the sales team, it became clear that they didn't know what the incentives or financing rates would be the following month. One of them told me straight up to just wait until Dec 1st and then ask them what they're offering in December. So maybe Aaron knows the incentive wouldn't carry forward, but maybe he was just trying to make his March/Q1 quota.

I was also told the LT incentive only applies to inventory vehicles delivered by March 31st.

I was told the same thing. I also confirmed that the $5000 LT incentive is in addition to the $7500 extended lease rebate.

We've been holding out for the LT since we placed our order over a year ago - Feb. 2025. We were just able to switch to a white stealth which was not on the site as an available vehicle, but was already in production. Our SA was able to search for that on his end. Good thing, because after I got the message that the LT was discontinued, I was shocked to learn that we could not simply change the color. No more custom orders we were told!

Once the car was in my portal, I checked and it is in fact in production. Now, we're hoping that it can be delivered by March 31. If it's not, it's once again on them. And I will raise holy hell.
 
I was told both by Aaron and Casey in writing. The 5k incentive is for SPECIFIC inventory Gravity's that need to be delivered by March 31st. The color options were ONLY for Bronze. Did not apply to any other color.

Despite what they told you, the $5,000 "goodwill credit" is in my lease paperwork which my SA said is for taking a white one because LT was discontinued.
 
They 100% have no idea. Recovery says one thing, SA says another. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and it's really showing the lack of internal communication at lucid.

Not sure why there wasn't an internal memo / email / anything spelling out what was happening with LT cancellations and the plan to mitigate those that were affected. Seems like lucid failed business 101.

That kind of makes sense. Internal communication and planning across teams has always been problem for Lucid.
 
We were recently informed that the Titanium paint did not pass their quality checks, so we had to pick a different color. While we are disappointed we didn’t get the color we wanted, we are very pleased with the car that we did get.

Which color did you end up selecting?

We ended up going with the bronze. It was the same in every other respect as the one we originally ordered.

Oh cool... I went with the Grey but unfortunately could not find a vehicle spec'd very close to our original order (diff interior color and materials, 5 seat instead of 7, soft close doors, etc..) so we did a short term lease and will see what options are offered for a custom build for MY2028
