Which Source Dictates Charge Limit?

Quick question on charging: just got my car back from service and I noticed they changed the charge limit from 80 to 100%. Had to charge my car last night for the first time since I got it back and adjusted the limit back to 80% on the pilot panel and proceeded to charge.

Woke up to my car charged to 100%. Checked the pilot panel and it showed the limit of 80%, but I then noticed my app was set to 100%.

So the app dictates the limit? Or the car? Shouldn’t adjusting it on one, then apply to both?
 
They should be synced, yes. I'm wondering if there's an issue with setting charge limit right now, because for the first time I had it ignore the charge limit I set from the app a couple days ago as well.
 
my best guess is when you made the adjustments either the car or the app was not connected to the cloud thus it did not propagate

Whatever the reason if it continues just log out from the car and the app and log back in to get all settings sorted out
