Where is UX 3.0 for the Air?

Interesting that the widget behind the steering wheel isn't showing the next turn or audio. Just the huge Air logo.
I get that sometimes when my car is not multitasking with audio, nav, highway assist or something else

I didn't get CCCv2 so I won't be getting UX3.... but i hope it comes feature-heavy and mostly bug-free. For those that will receive it, keep us posted! it may be worth getting the upgrade if all goes (relatively) well.

I think I missed this..but someone said that CCCv2 could be installed via mobile tech right? But that wouldn't be included in the base price, i assume? It'd be more expensive (in Canada) to fly a tech to install it on a car and fly back (counting hotel and meal, etc.).

Yes, the upgrade can be installed via a remote tech included in the price if you have sufficient internet service at the car's location or nearby.

i highly doubt this is the case in Canada hehe...but i'll definitely check it out if UX3 works well

It’s probably healthy to assume that if Air does get a software release starting with a 3, it would make sense that it’s 3.0. Gravity is currently well ahead of that number. So functionality wise, I would be guessing at the functionality of a 3.0, rather than a 3.6.

i wouldn’t expect gravity and air to always be in sync, but I would absolutely expect UX 3 for the air to start out on the most recent major version or even to be ahead of the gravity in terms of version number and relative features supported by the underlying hardware.

They won't be

Yes, i am saying it doesnt look like Gravity inspired UI. This looks fake.
It looks very similar to Gravity's UX to me.

Well then you may be disappointed. Porting the code to a different platform may or may not be in sync for some time.
It’s taken Apple some time to get iOS, iPad OS, watch and Mac all on the same version. Why would you expect then to continue to play catch up and not releasing a stable, earlier version?

It's real, Lucid just updated the image on their page for the CCCv2 https://store.lucidmotors.com/center-console-control-unit/

One thing I am curious about and I understand no one may reliably have an ans to this - Will UX3.0 (even with reduced capabilities) be available for CCCv1 people or that is out of the question?

I am curious to know what the forum thinks is likely to happen :)

My recollection, from prior posts, was that CCCv2 was required for the functionality of UX 3.0. There was no mention of partial feature availability on CCCv1.

I'd be surprised if CCCv1 vehicles UI etc. changes. I'd expect it to go more into a maintenance mode with the same look and feel as the current UI. Maybe some minor tweaks here and there but nothing major.

I thought that Lucid had confirmed UX3 on the Air requires CCC v2.
