You still have to special order them, as Lucid still doesn’t list that on their store. Try emailing or calling your DA.

I thought ev would have more range in city. So 20 is the same as 19 for range ?
Because 19 is 425 too. Don't know if that's highway. Because I chose 19. Considering if I opted for 20.

Most EVs have very good city range. The Lucid does not, it has better highway range than other EVs.
