I've had my Air GT in an authorized shop in Austin for three weeks now to fix some light body damage (small dent in the hood and left front fender) due to a deer collision. When I dropped the car off they estimated four weeks to repair. A few days ago I called to see how it was going and they told me another four weeks to get it done. The delay was attributed to not being able to get a hood from Lucid. I'm curious about others' experience in getting parts. Does it always take this long? It adds to the frustrations of owning this car.

The panel over my charge port went missing (improperly attached) back in August. I think it did take about 5-6 weeks to get the new one in, then painting was done in a day and installation took a couple minutes. Luckily I was able to keep the car the whole time. Unfortunately things we have to live with for now with Lucid's small production scale.
Good luck, I hope you get an unblemished car back soon.
