hi. I’m sorry if this has already been answered, but I looked thoroughly and couldn’t find any answers.

I noticed there are two star / Y looking etchings of some sort, one under the windshield lidar/front camera module, and one in the middle of my Air’s aluminum ceiling, and I’m just wondering what their purpose is. They look like something could be mounted to them.

Does anyone have any insight?

Microphones.
 
You buy off the shelf sharp hooks and jam them in there. Then they help you carry grocery bags or other bags..

Ok that was a bad joke..plz don't jam anything in there..they are microphones for when you are on calls...so the back seat passengers may also partake in calls..
 
Does nobody else read the manual when they get a new car? Or is it just me?
