What are some software things you LIKE about the car?

And yet, Android Auto is ugly as sin. The designers did a really good job on the aesthetics of the Lucid UX
Android Auto is a completely different thing than Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS). Many US car manufacturers use AAOS under the hood. All write their own UX on top, with little resemblance to each other: General Motors (Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick), Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Polestar, Volvo, Renault, Ford, Lucid, Rivian, BMW/Mini....

I understand, I was trying to make the point that Alphabet, who makes Android, made an ugly and clunky UX on top of their own product so Lucid's implementation is pretty damn good (from an aesthetic and design standpoint)

It’s mostly AAOS…I do like the themes tho.
While the operating system is Android Automotive, the interface is pretty much entirely designed by Lucid. I drove a Polestar 2 for a few years which includes a near-completely stock version of AAOS, very different from the UX perspective.

Yeah my Sony Bravia TV OS is the Google AAOS and looks suspiciously similar to Volvo/Polestar and Cadillac.
