Does anyone have a secret decoder ring for figuring out how to get something onto the web team’s radar?

On 01 Sep, I sent a message to Customer Care about disclaimer #13 not rendering for the 2027 AGT (specifically, the pricing‑info bubble on 2027 AGT inventory items; screenshot attached). I sent a follow‑up on 08 Oct. This is not an operational emergency, but it does seem like something the legal team would want corrected, given that disclaimers are traditionally their responsibility.

What prompted my post today is not the disclaimer issue, though. It’s the fact that a directory still contains a web resource file showing Marc Winterhoff as the face of the Lucid leadership team.

When I bought my Gravity last year there were still several places on the LucidMotors.com site that linked only to Air resources. The most egregious was a link for Gravity...Currently Available that took you to the list of Lucid Air's available instead. All to say that they do appear to have *someone* working on fixing these things. I sent that last item off to [email protected] with "WEB PAGE error:" in the title, so that someone reading the alias would hopefully know where in the company to route it to. Would be nice to have a list of e-mail aliases like this for non-car-software issues or a central alias with someone who can escalate whatever comes in to the right person to consider it.
