Warranty on Used Lucid

Several quick questions:
1) Is the original warranty transferable to the second owner?
2) How do I find the date the original warranty started (I'd like to find it before I contract to purchase)?
3) Does Lucid sell extended warranties to second owners?

Car in question is a 2022 AGT. I know some were sold quite late into 2023, so its a big difference if the car was originally sold in December of 2022 or in September of 2023.

Carfax will show when the vehicle was first purchased, sold be the same as the in-service date.

On (2), if you're buying privately ask the owner to show you the "Service Summary" screen in the Lucid Charging Service part of the app. The start date for the charging service should also be the car's in-service date for warranty purposes.

If buying from a dealer I'd hope Lucid would confirm this information (to the dealer, at least).
