Vredestein Tire update and charging question

I installed the Vredestein Ultrac tires on my 2024 AGT 500 miles ago. I use hearing aids that I adjust from my phone for changing conditions such as wind noise, restaurants and road noise cancelation. The car is so quiet I have found that concreate road surface noise gets picked up by the hearing aids and interferes with normal conversation. To resolve this I use a noise cancelation setting and I have found the Vredestein to be quieter than the OEM Michelins. The hearing aid adjustment setting is two levels lower so this is as scientific as I can get. In addition to being quieter, the ride seems a little smoother and they handle high speed sweepers with full confidence. The car is too wide to push hard in corners and I have my old 911 for that. In short, very happy with the tires and their much lower cost and will update when I have more miles on them. I also zeroed out the KW per mile tracker when I installed them so I will compare efficiency against the Michelins at a later date.

Question: I have solar panels and batteries and charge the car 99% of the time off the house system which delivers 8 kw to the car. I charge to 80% and generally drive a 100 miles and then charge it back to 80%. Am I impacting to life of the batteries by not discharging them further and then giving them a full charge?

In my research, the batteries are happiest around 50% and the general guidance is to keep it between 20-80. charge higher or run it lower as you need and don't worry too much about it.
