I got the above message and it “bricked” the car. 2 weeks later I got the car back. They said it was a valve that controlled the cooling system. A week later the same message same bricked car. This time they expedited the repair and I got the car back in three days. Problem this time was both 12 volt batteries were bad. So, what’s going on? There are supposedly messages that warn when the battery is going bad so why did I get vehicle not drivable message? Why brick the car and leave me stranded? Anyone have any ideas what is going on? The car is a 2023 touring with 16k miles purchased March 2023 new.
