I've had my Gravity for about 3 weeks. Every time I get in the car it has reset to the Guest user. This requires me to switch the user to me; the car then requires my 6-digit PIN. Does anyone have a work-around?
Separately, in the phone app under Software, I stumbled over a way to do an OTA update of the fob. (No notification, like car updates). You put the fob next to your phone and enable the update. I'll be curious to see if this has any effect on the User problem.

You need to associate the key FOB with your user. We had this done when we picked up the Gravity.
Associating your fob to your profile is pretty easy to do. The gravity should ask you to associate your fob with a profile when you first get into the car.

If it’s already associated but not working, remove the fob from your profile and create a new association.

Lucid should be more proactive in signaling users when they need to update fob firmware.

I think they have been doing that when a fob firmware update is needed in connection with a car software update.
The issue is that even when a fob firmware update is not available, the verbiage in the "Key Fob" section of the software update section of the app makes it seem like a key fob update is available, even when that's not the case. That verbiage remains there continually instead of only when an update is available.

You can do a fob update and you get the message that your firmware is updated, but the next time you go to that section the verbiage about a key fob update is there.
