Yesterday my key fobs were reprogrammed on site (laptop Lucid service technician directly plugged into LAN-port of my car), because after the big EU 2.6.5 update the key fobs stopped functioning.
This happens rarely but after that they can't be connected again to the car so I could only open car with phone app (or card).
It was solved quite quickly, and they also pushed directly the new 2.6.9 patch (10 min. downloading) also to my car, which improves Surreal Soun Pro even more.
This 2.6.9 update will be soon released to all EU car drivers.
