Purchased while taking advantage of the Black Friday deals and had an electrician lined up for last Friday but they sent me a 48A unit instead. Called them Friday morning and they said I would receive a return notice and my originally purchased until would be sent out ASAP. Apparently their shipping warehouse messed up and sent at least a handful of orders to the wrong customers. Called again yesterday and was told they'd have this corrected soon, yet still have not received any information from them. Looks like have have to reschedule next Tuesdays install now. Obviously my first experience with them has been horrible. Has anyone had a good experience with this company in the past?

That's comforting and I did receive the wrong one pretty quickly. Not sure what's going on right now. Just frustrating it's been 2 weeks, and I still haven't received what I ordered, and I have to keep delaying a contractor.
