After I got my Air GT, there were a few cosmetic snag needs to be addressed, nothing new all can be fund here on the forum.
They promptly sent flat bed and a loaner and took my car to a nice third party service center with Lucid personnel as their dedicated service center will only be ready later this year.
It took sometime for the parts to be available due to UAE costumes but they kept good communication through out the process.
When I picked up my car, had a little chat with everyone including the service manager, they are all decent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Glad I got a new car instead of parallel import, spent a bit more for peace of mind.
