TuxMat Needs a 2025 Grand Touring to Scan in Toronto - URGENT!

Hi all!! As of right now, TuxMat has not yet had access to a 2025 GT to scan so that they can make their all weather mats for the GT / Sapphire version of the car. The have been able to scan a Touring so mats for the Touring and Pure are, apparently already being worked on.

As per the following email from TuxMat, if anyone can make this happen (perhaps @marqie ?) it would be great!!!

Thank you for your interest in TuxMat. Mats for the 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring will be made and development will start when this vehicle's interior is scanned at our warehouse. We're still on the lookout for a Toronto-area vehicle to scan, so if you know anyone in our area with this vehicle, please send them our way.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. There are a bunch of us who have been waiting for these and they were supposedly already in production. Getting TuxMat a GT to scan is very important to those of us waiting for the mats.

Ah, I see you edited your original response (quoted in my post where I asked why) to include the why and removing/replacing some words. While I understand your desire to get the mats you want, I was responding to the subject which indicated something was "urgent". Your subsequent use of the word "important" seems to fit the bill better.

You made a valid point and I responded in kind. Your initial post could have been worded in a more friendly, less combative tone, however.

I live and work on a farm with serious amounts of mud at this time of year and so I guess I was seeing the world through my own perspective. Getting red clay mud all over light colored carpets while not “urgent,” per se, sure is a royal PITA….

You might try 3D mats, they’re excellent too. Several members, myself included, have been using them for years. I’m not sure if they make them for the 25 GTs.
