"Tracking my Location"

This afternoon, I received the message below on my iPhone. I'm curious as to what's going on. I know it says "to enable Mobile Key on (my) supported vehicles", but doesn't mobile key work w/bluetooth? Why does the car need to continuously track my location? Not that I'm trying to hide from my own car, but I'm wondering what that's doing to my iPhone battery and my Lucid battery

Most likely to check that you are near the vehicle when using a mobile key. But I'm not sure. I have had the same but like 255 times lol.

Oy....LOL...Honestly, not sure why it would "check" anything. When I'm near the car, the bluetooth should connect. it shouldn't need to check . Maybe my baby missed me
