Has anyone had luck lately with the Torrance SC? They’ve been showing 0 available dates on the app for quite a while, and multiple calls and voicemails have yielded no results. My car is several thousand miles overdue for 1 year service (which I’m not sure is even necessary?)

Depends on your mileage, but pushing it back a couple of months is likely not an issue. I have low mileage (7500 miles/yr), so I am just now set up for the two-year service on a car that is 3 years old. The SC told me that I could wait six months on my Year One service at the time. But there are age-related items on the repair list, so I wouldn't push it excessively either.

Usually I can get someone on the phone from Torrance. But appoints are booked WAY WAY WAY out.

With the new CEO's background, I won't be surprised to see service get more attention. It won't change overnight, but it will change. It needs to chance if you want to have a high volume model.
