I'll start with the question, then sing my song: How long does 2-year-service take?

I was able to determine my Lucid Service main location for Colorado (which is Chicago). Nice folks.
Scheduled my 2-year service and within a few days they send a 3rd party exposed-flat-bed towing company to pick her up to take her to a suburb of Denver about 100 miles north.
Noticed it ended up at an unusual collision repair place called, "Nylund's Collision Repair", a Google Maps satellite-view shows a few Lucids there in the dirt parking lot.
By using the App, the temperature outside has been around 5 deg. F so I suspect it's been outside all week.

Going over the 2-year service, it looks as if labor would take normally about 4 or 5 hours at-most; some FOB batteries, wiper blades, check the brake fluid, and do a general look-over as far as I can tell.
I had asked them to bolt-on the front license plate as well because Colorado reasons which they're charging me $75 for. I had commented the bass sounded weak and one of the rear woofers was blown (of my 2 weeks of ownership, I never turned it up above 25% so I'm curious if the previous owner(s) (one of which was in his 80's) was living a Thug Life yo. On the flatbed, I noticed one of the fins in the back was ripped off as if it ran over a concrete raccoon, and one of the push-pin screws was hanging down; not sure if they'll address that.

In the 5 days outside it's lost 10% battery range, about 2% per-day. Not bad for 5-20 deg. F every day/night. Obviously not plugged-in.

I had my AGT in for 2 year service, I only had 14,500 miles on it. I think the big items were, a HV battery health check and then inspections. They also replaced the two front air scoops (one fell off, the other was lose). It was in the shop for ~30hours. Approx $600.

I had the two year service the end of Dec 2024. It was done by a mobile tech. It also included addressing two recalls. When the tech arrived he said it would take about two hours. It actually took just about an hour and cost about $584.95. A bit high considering it only took an hour and minimal parts needed.

I think $590 is Lucid's standard charge for 2 year maintenance. I had to pay another $80 to replace the two air scoops.

I also had my Rivian (R1S) serviced (1 year service) recently. They replaced my 12V battery, rotated the tires, and did the necessary inspections. $200.

It was around the ~$600 others have referenced. Dropped off in the morning at the body shop that Lucid mobile techs use in Austin. Picked up in afternoon same day. Got Lyfts arranged back home and then to pick up. Biggest thing other than the minor stuff (key FOBs, air filters, tire rotation, etc.) is checking the HV battery which requires a lift...

30 hours? So far mine's been there for a week.
It shouldn't take that long. I think the actual service time is a couple of hours. I dropped my car off @9AM on Jan 2nd and picked it up at 2PM, Jan 3rd. The SC also re-routed by dash-can wiring and detailed the car. I live ~6mi from the SC. They didn't have to send a truck to pick up my car.

They had mentioned they were waiting to replace a woofer in the driver's rear section, so I guess waiting to have a speaker shipped to them.
Still, they received the car over a weekend, and Monday was a holiday, so really only 4 days.

I just checked the Lucid App and temperature says 96 deg. F and will not connect (just spinning). It's 15 deg. F in Denver right now though, so it's obviously on fire. ;p

I suspect they've disconnected the 12v to potentially install something.
