- 2024 Lucid Air Pure
I’m dealing with Tidal and Lucid with an issue that has just risen…lately, when I play a Dolby Atmos track on the native Tidal app, I get a notification that says, This selection will play in stereo only as this device does not support Dolby Atmos.
For the two months I’ve owned the Air Pure (yes…with SSP) Tidal and Dolby Atmos worked fine…about two weeks ago, I began to get the no DA message…
Here’s my question…Tidal support asked me for the version of the app my car is running. When I check the settings in the app, all I get is Tidal Hifi. Does anyone know how to see the version of the Tidal app past what I see? Lucid support has only suggested power cycle and level 2 resets…
