That is pretty cool. I would've guessed it was a Lucid production but he talked about Rivian and other stuff a lot too.

I was blown away with the production quality - it was like Top Gear / Grand Tour without the sarcasm

Great video. Well produced.
However "if the measure of luxury is doing more things better" than neither Lucid nor Tesla can be leaders of luxury. Because their cars do fewer things than the equivalent Mercedes. These cars do fewer things (e.g. no sun shade, no AR-HUD, no CarPlay in Lucid's case), some of which they do better (battery, electric motor, no start button, phone key) and some things they do worse.
I find it annoying this guy couldn't just produce an accurate video review, rather than an entertaining infomercial.
