The door does not close

Hi all,

I’m having some trouble with the soft-close on my door. It keeps getting stuck and won’t work properly. Even when it’s not working, I can’t just slam the door shut, it won’t close. I have to try a few times before it finally clicks. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is the indication of the door that shows open? If the door is closed but indicates open it maybe a software bug that was introduced on the latest update. Several of us have this issue ..

I had this problem. It would only close when I slammed it. Driver's door.

I took it to my favorite SC (Torrance, CA) and they fixed it while I waited - less than two hours.

I had issue with my Air right away. It was back at the service center a few days after pick up for at least 3 weeks, issue still happens on occasion - only to driver door. I also have issues with the frunk. They can't seem to fix it. I love the way the car drives, but it is very glitchy. Camera error messages and the like all the time. I just ignore it, I didn't buy a car to have it at the service center. Kind of disappointing.
