Starting the week of July 8th, Customer Care will be making improvements to our SMS system. For a period of two weeks text messaging to Customer Care will be unavailable. Customer Care will still be available via phone at 888.99.LUCID, email at [email protected], and web chat on the Lucid Owner’s Portal.
