Tesla Y Performance
I reserved a 2026 Touring with DDP and DHP. I am curious if anyone has gone from a Performance 3 or Y to Touring. There are no 2026 GT with our preferred interior spec remaining in inventory. Am I sacrificing too much performance on the Tour trim? We are less concerned about the range. I think I saw a 0-60 test on tour showing about 3.8 seconds. Is that accurate?

I may wait until there is a better incentive on the 2027 MY. My spouse and I prefer sporty performance attributes and that is why we leaned Lucid over Rivian.

I went from a 23 MY FSD to a 26 GGT

But it was quite the jump in msrp

Lucid has been engineering the Gravity models more for passing performance than 0-60 times so don't judge solely by that metric.

In a couple of the quarter mile shootouts that include the Gravity, it looks like it's going to lose and then passes them along the way.

For example: "The most accurate description of the Lucid's highway speed acceleration? Terrifying."

OK, that was a GDE (with 2 motors racing a quad motor Rivian) and you're looking at a Touring, but that's Lucid's preferred profile - optimize for passing.

I can guarantee, in Mexico, that 60-108 is a blink and takes the space of two semis
And doesn’t even spill your latte
And that’s in smooth mode

Agreed, you'll be traveling way faster than you are comfortable by the time you even think of lifting your foot.

Can confirm, the Gravity's at speed acceleration is how I learned about the BRAKE NOW red warning 😅

Can confirm, the Gravity's at speed accerlation is why I like leaving Regen on High; helps avoid that warning😅
