Lucid Air Grand Touring
For 10 years I owned a Tesla Model S and I used superchargers on roadtrips without issue. In May, I got rid of the Model S and picked a new Lucid Air and I am currently on my first roadtrip with it. I’m successfully charging at Electrify America chargers but, the Tesla app shows zero superchargers available anywhere. I even signed up for the monthly Tesla charging membership and still the app shows zero superchargers. Even if I plug in with an adapter, the app shows zero superchargers. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the vehicle added in your Tesla app profile and indicated “yes” for NACS port or adapter? If so, it should show compatible chargers. If it is selected “no” it will only show your chargers with magic dock.

Turn off your VPN if you have it on. My Tesla app does that when the VPN is active for some reason. Threw me for a loop before I figured it out.

The one setting that I had not updated was the NACS port availability. Nos the carders are showing up. Thank you!
