Disclaimer: I don't own a Lucid yet, but I'm a passionate investor and hopeful future owner. I've been following the Gravity's launch closely and wanted to start a thread about how Lucid could make the midsize release an even better experience for everyone.
I’ve got a few ideas, but please add whatever you think would help!
Let us test it! I think Lucid would benefit from building a few production-ready midsize models and letting a couple of critics and fans from this very forum drive them for a couple of weeks. Their feedback could be invaluable. I know there might be legal issues, but it seems like it's worth the effort.
Make sure the parts are ready. Proactively managing the supply chain would help prevent a lot of the delivery headaches we've seen.
Boost customer support. The midsize release is going to bring a lot of new owners, which will put a ton of pressure on customer service. Even if the car is perfect, a smooth support experience is crucial.
These are just a few thoughts, and I'm sure Lucid is already thinking about this stuff. What else do you think would make the midsize launch a home run?
