Stock Prices At New Lows

I think Lucid has potential to succeed. I wouldn't be looking at buying a Gravity if that wasn't the case. But I'll inject a note of caution. The stock price is low because realistically there is the need for strong execution for Lucid to really see great business success, and I think we all know that Lucid's execution has been a bit of a mixed bag. The stock price will probably be quite low until Lucid does something that clearly demonstrates better execution. The really concrete way to demonstrate it is have a successful Cosmos launch. That proof point is still a fair ways out. If you want a leading indicator, watching their ability to turn Gravity's software into something no one is talking about anymore. Gravity and Cosmos doubtless share a whole lot of code, and if they can't fully address Gravity's problems this year, that's a really bad sign for Cosmos. Another leading indicator would be watching to see if they fix their service center capacity problems, through some combination of scheduling service more efficiently, improving parts logistics, and scaling up locations and service staff.
I believe Gravity software is fixed. Looking at Reddit comments. Of course, there will be those few outliers.

I might be stereotyping (it is my personal experience nonetheless), but folks that dislike CA politics aren't typically those that would be considered the core EV buyers. I personally feel strongly about my love of what CA used to represent and not so much what it's become, but we are on our 2nd EV, so there is that counterpoint to my point, lol.
Yeah, I like CA. Nothing political, but it is a beautiful state with good climate. And you have to give them credit for Silicon Valley and Hollywood.

These two allowed us in a way to dominate the world’s economy. Hollywood films are popular everywhere.

Not buying a product made in CA because of CA politics is pretty silly, but we do have silly people out there.

I'm not the best judge of that, since I refused to take delivery of my GGT order in December out of concern about overall reliability (but particularly software) and being a 1 car household that's 90 minutes away from the Rocklin SC. I'm still hanging out here because I hope to buy a Gravity once the gremlins are exterminated. My sense is that they fixed the many the problems in the 4 1/2 months since I backed out of my order. But you do still see quite a few reports from people who have weird problems, even including key fob unreliability. I only lurk on Reddit, not post, but the conversation there seems to have plenty of people with glitches that service cannot address.

My hope is that by the time 2027 Gravities start appearing, there will be a couple more OTAs that make more forward progress, and I'll be looking again at buying in Q3. I thought about it when my SA contacted me about end-of-quarter sales incentives last month. But while I'm a tech nerd with some tolerance for glitches, my wife will kill me if I get a car that she needs to learn how to reboot periodically.

I’ve had a loaner GGT for 6 hours now and the key fob already failed once 😬 make sure you can stand the headlight whine too.

fwiw Rocklin Service is really nice to deal with and got me in quick

Yup, just as silly as not buying a Tesla because of Musk. ;)
