Stealth Wheels Discrepancy

I'm a little bit confused. I have the stealth wheels on my AT pictured below:

The website shows them as 21", but the sticker on the car has different specifications (pictured below). I always thought the sticker was the correct info. I'm assuming the car originally came in with 20" and were changed later to 21s"?

That's correct. The sticker displays how the car was originally built and shipped; it is an 'always safe' option for tires that can support the car. It sounds like your 21s were put on afterward.
