Speed limit on loaners?

Does anyone know or experienced a speed limit cap on loaners? I've now had an Air in the past and a Gravity loaner now and both stopped me at 88 mph like Doc Brown was in there! And Yes, if you must know, I only tried that safely in Mexico of course...

Yes, a couple of my Air loaners were capped there.

There is definitely a limiter on Lucid loaners set around 88 mph.

Loaners are supposed to be limited to 88 mph. The last loaner I had was.

Occasionally, you'll get lucky, and the shop will forget to turn this limiter on. But it's supposed to be there.

It's actually scary the first time you experience it. Because you are expecting your usual acceleration past the person on your right, and the car just craps out and won't push any harder.

Yes! This part here about being scary bc you don't expect the very sudden drop in power! It would be nice if the screen said something about it. I was moving with a good group of speeders on my journey and the car gave out on me and they left me behind like a sucker...
