Special Offer Question - Touring

I am looking into leasing a 2025 Touring with DreamDrive Pro. '

In the special offer section, it mentions:
1. $2,500 Air Credit - I see this in the Payment Calculator
2. $3,000 bonus for vehicles available on-site - I assume this will be applied at checkout.
3. MY25 vehicles equipped with DreamDrive will receive an additional $3,000 DreamDrive credit applicable to cash, leases, or loan purchases. - I do not see this when I click the Payment Calculator. I see the words "credit" and "Cash" Does this get applied as "Cash" off the payments due or off the entire price of the car? On a lease, this is a big difference. That could be a 3-payment reduction.

Lastly - the referral program, does that come off the price of the car or is that a dollar-for-dollar payment reduction?

I got an answer from my sales consultant in Pasadena, CA:

$3,000 DreamDrive Credit is for vehicles equipped with DreamDrive Standard, as opposed to Premium or Pro. We discontinued this so we are incentivizing remaining units

It's easy. Just put the on-site credit and referral into the lease calculator as a "down payment". That will help you match the numbers you should expect with those discounts.

i.e on-site of $4000 and referral of $750, you will put $4750 into the downpayment box. That will replicate a true $0 downpayment lease.
