I posted these in another thread but thought it was interesting enough to have it's own discussion. Lucid had slides that showed the breakdown of production output of both Air and Gravity as well as a breakdown of actual Gravity sales over the 4 quarters of 2025:

I know there have been a lot of guesses here about how many Gravity sold in 2025 but now we have a number from Lucid of 3877 total sold in 2025.

Are there production numbers?

No, just that one slide showing the total production and bar graph of the mix. We know from their earlier filings that they produced 8,412 total vehicles in the fourth quarter which is actually higher than the 7.8k total that the slide shows, which itself is interesting I guess. Not sure why there's a discrepancy of about 600 vehicles.

If they produced 8412 and only sold 3877, I think we solved the mystery of why they stopped producing the 2026!

Well the 8412 includes the Air as they don't break it down in their production number announcements. Even still if you figure in about 3/4 of those being Gravity that's still over 6k of them being made with only 2875 sold in the quarter. Plus whatever's been coming out of the factory in 2026.

There was an explanation somewhere by Emad that 584 were classified as produced, but had not been gated, so they revised downward for the 584 (or somewhere near that.)

Missed that, thanks!

The only thing to be careful about in the sales numbers is that I believe Lucid only calls something a "sale" when the vehicle is actually delivered and paid for. I am not sure exactly how they define "produced". (Completely built, out the gate, etc.?)

Therefore, if ~6,000 Gravities were built in November and December, it would be very difficult to get all of those Gravities to their buyers before the end of the year. They also need to build inventory, etc. It would be interesting to know how many deposits they had on the Gravity during that same time period. That would give a better sense for the actual sales strength.

As a personal example, I placed my deposit down on a Gravity (GT) on Feb. 7th. I still don't have an "in production" date, yet. If Lucid were to create a similar set of charts updated to today's date, my vehicle would not appear at all in either category, "sold" or "produced". However, my Gravity does definitely represent demand/sales - you just can't see it in any statistics.
