A month ago my service advisor came to change my steering column. He told me that there was a program recall internally where they were replacing the 1/V battery on the 2022 Air GT with a high voltage battery. He said it required that the car be towed to the service station. Told me I should call service in 2-3 weeks to set it up because there was a waiting list for it.
I called service for another minor issue before my warranty expires in June where the silver trim at the bottom of the car on the passenger side is ratting.
They told me there was no such thing.
Has anyone had their 12V battery replaced recently with a high voltage battery under such a program? If so can you please share what the issue is so I can approach service with the precise issue. Thanks in advance.
