Let me start out by saying that I am not a 'car guy'. The only other 'luxury' sedan I ever had was a Saab 95. My fun cars have been an MR2 and a Mini S Convertible. Other that I've had than cars that worked as transportation. Currently my other cars are a 2017 Chevy Bolt EV with 77K on it, and a 2000 Honda Accord with over 100K.

Drive- clearly the best car I have ever driven. Despite its massive size it handles as well as my Mini did. Pick-up is all that I need, and I feel safe changing lanes using my wetware. (I opted to not get DD Pro) I do live in the NY Metro region so I will never get to test the top end, but the times where I can hit 70, I feel like I'm going 35.

Comfort - Very comfortable with only the 17 seat adjustments. I can fit comfortably in the back seat, and I am 6'2" I did have to replace the light-colored carpeted mats with gray rubber ones since we track a lot of dirt into the car. My only nit is that the steering wheel get too hot. I wish it would have the same options as the seat heat.

Range - I got the car for the range. I would have taken a car with no bells and whistles if it got 400 miles to a charge. I always want to know that I have enough range to get home in an emergency from our other house (120 miles away) and the Air has no problems there. Twice on long trips after hitting massive traffic jams, I limped home with 35 miles left, but I could have stopped and charged if I wasn't so anxious to get home.

Efficiency - My overall for 7400 miles is 3.95. Since the cold weather kicked in (1700 miles) I am getting 3.33, so my summer average is in the 4s which is not too bad. The Air definitely takes a bigger hit in the cold than the Bolt does. I preheated the car the other day while plugged in, and my battery was down to 78%. A quick 5 miles trip around town and I was down to 74% Longer trips it holds up much better.

All in all, I'm glad I took the plunge. I plan to buy it out at lease end (although Gravity??) as I keep cars forever. When the Honda or Bolt dies, I was thinking of the RS2 but maybe by then the Mid-size Gravity will be available.

Thanks for the review and if your travels ever fins your way out to Hunterdon County, NJ, look me up!
