Silly girl question--where do you put a bag/briefcase?

Does anyone use the compartment behind the pilot panel? I have never used this space but thought it was designed for bags.

I keep a box of tissues in there, and a towel for wiping dust and stuff from the dash or screens

Same. I keep a box of tissues there as well now. Sometimes I’ll keep other random items, even package jackets behind the pilot panel.

Me too tissues, microfiber cloth and extra odds and ends.

Thanks to this thread tho, I’ve begun buckling my bag in with the seatbelt as it sits on the passenger seat. Haven’t tested the ejection issue yet—been driving with a bit more care since I don’t know the car quite as well yet as my previous.

Behind the pilot panel would be more useful if there were a door or something to cover what's in there. Since you can visibly see inside that compartment from outside the car, I'm afraid to store too many things of value there. I do put my sunglasses deep down in there, since those are hidden from view.

Microfiber cloth goes in the glovebox for quick access screen cleans.
