Yes the black on the trim is holding up fine. I did the bottom plastic trim on mine as well about 3 years ago and is still perfect as well.

Just got my Dream tinted (sorry for background--still behind the shop) and had them delete the tiny horizontal strip below the doors.

I think the narrow waistline changes the look a great deal.
