Severely lacking Sales and Service considerations for a new lease

Didn’t happen to get this in writing? If so can you DM this to me? My SA told me that they’ve never done nor seen anything like it.
I'd love to see that as well. If you have it in writing can you DM it to me as well? Thanks

My lease is up in three months. They just sent a note saying that, if I get into another Lucid by the end of the month, they’ll waive the final three months of payments, waive the lease turn back fee ($450), give me a $1000 credit on wear and tear, and a $5000 credit towards a new car. It’s a super interesting move to me and signals they are challenged and wanna keep the business. I’m test driving a Rivian next week to decide between it and Gravity.

Having leased a new Air Touring almost 3 years ago, I am reviewing my options.i have’s loved the car in terms of looks, speed, comfort and room. However Lucid is doing all they can to make it as difficult as possible for me to lease a new one, preferably a GT.
The nearest service site is in Millbrae over an hour away. I recently called to reschedule a service appointment and left 6 messages with no return call over a 2 week time. When leaving the car there in the past, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for them to even look at the car to even start to do any work. They seem extremely short staffed.
Since my lease is up in July, I would have expected them to entice me to lease another. Audi, Mercedes snd BMW have all reached out when my lease is coming due to offer some financial incentives to lease from them again. Lucid sales did contact me today but never returned my call. I even emailed Erwin Raphael, Head of Sales, with no response. I even offered to pay of the last few months of my lease if they would waive the destination charge and some other pure profit items. It seems they are doing their hardest to push me to not lease another Lucid.
Same here. Seems like there is no interest in having me renew. Negativity is spiraling. Very sad with such a wonderful product.

Hope they are still around for August which will be three months before my lease expires! I'd very much consider leasing a Gravity. But they don't seem very interested.
