Service Warranty Docusign?

I just got a Docusign from Lucid that they are going to order and replace the “bench seat leg bracket” so they sit flush with mounting service. Said the mobile tech will do it? Any idea what this is? Zero cost, just trying to understand what is being done to the car. I’m not even sure what my bench seat’s leg bracket is.

Yes they send it for your signature to approve the work being performed.
