I have looked everywhere, and I can’t seem to find a Gravity service manual. I am trying to do a rearview mirror tap for a dashcam, and I think this requires removing part of the roof liner, the spline running down the windshield, and the housing the mirror attaches to. I don’t want to break anything, and there isn’t anything on YouTube video that shows the process (maybe I’ll do it). Has anyone else done this that can give some pointers so that I don’t break anything (or point me to the service manual)?

Nope, but you could probably just run a long USB wire along the trim and not remove it. I wouldn't mess with anything in these cars that requires cutting anything!

I had a radar detector installed by "my guy". He had no problem - but is happy the next time it won't be his first. I pointed him to a number of youtube videos.

Right, I was gonna say the same. He posted pictures of what it looks like when removed while he was having the radar detector installed
