Hello forum friends!

In case anyone is interested, I recently put together a video summarizing my experiences with Lucid service over the past two years. Hi Shane,

I watched it last night. It showed up on a feed and I'm like... Wait a minute, I know that guy!

I have mixed feelings about the video, which I thought was meticulously put together, so kudos for that. I agree that some have had a number of issues with their Air, but I don't think many have had anywhere near the count you've experienced.

As such, I felt the video portraits a skewed representation of the Air's quality at an aggregate level. I'm hoping people will put that in context when evaluating a purchase.

I do like that you consistently communicated that you're happy with the car and overall service experience.

I may also pick your brain on the leveraging the API, when I have some spare time
