Service center Response time seems to only be getting worse :( (Chicago Goose Island Service Center in this case) anyone else?

Well I'm nowhere near ready to bail on my Lucid Air that I still love FWIW. I just hope to see improvement at the service center sooner rather than later at this point.

Hopefully when the Highland Park center opens, ill take the load off Goode island and improve the experience for everyone in Chicagoland

^ agreed. It just seems like that Highland park center is more than 6 months away at this point since it was only just announced and no dates for anything have been mentioned!
