I have a reservation for a Lucid Touring, which has the Federal EV credit and grandfathered into old price. If anyone is interested in working out buying this car within the confines of the contract please feel free to message me.

The reservation is non-transferrable. Person who reserved it will need to buy it and then sell. EV credit, if applicable (ongoing debate whether the order confirmation will count as a nonbinding contract with "significant" deposit), will have to be applied in the tax return of the original purchaser
