First time they had to replace my entire battery. Just happened again today

That's unfortunate. What did customer care say?
 
They are terrific. Quickly got my car and provided me with a loaner. They don’t know yet the cause but they are hopeful that we don’t have to replace the entire battery. Again. They said they’ve gotten a few of these since the new over the air update. We’ll see.
 
I had a similar warning a few weeks ago ( before the .16 update), and the vehicle would not wake up until the tow company jumped the car using the terminals behind the passenger rear wheel well. After the engineering from Lucid arrived and the trouble shoot was completed, the VCU needed to be replaced. So far, so good.
