Scotch guard Questions

When you scotch guarded your car, did you just do the carpet or all of the fabric? Also how long does it take to get the smell to go away? I used the scotch guard spray recommended on this forum.

I typically would spray all the fabric. With windows down while spraying, the smell should be gone by 12-24 hours.

Looking to do this also would like to hear from others who recently did it. I don’t want to lose the new car smell quite yet. After the smell goes away from the application what was
your experience?

Did you cover the leather or just wipe it off?

Sprayed two coats, windows down, mask on and the smell of the leather is all you can detect after spray fully dries.
