Welcome to the Lucid family, Mbj and congratulations on your new car!
Quick question so we can compare notes like proper Lucid detectives. Do you have the Gravity Grand Touring, and are you currently running OS 3.3.9? It helps to know what combination you are on.
For reference, here are the Sanctuary scenes that show up on my Gravity Grand Touring:
• the space scene
• the forest meditation style scene
• the singing bowls scene
• and the ocean waves scene without the voiceover
Meanwhile, YouTube videos show several additional Sanctuary modes that my car apparently has not been invited to participate in yet. Still waiting for the full “Zen buffet” to show up.

Thanks for confirming! Since you have the Grand Touring with the tech package and are already on 3.3.9, you should definitely be seeing at least the core Sanctuary scenes. If none of them are appearing, even after the update, this might be one of those moments where the car needs a little friendly encouragement from Lucid Customer Care.
Sometimes these features hide themselves like shy houseplants, and a quick check on their end can help everything start blooming again.

I don't have any Sanctuary modes either. Fully loaded GGT, got it Thursday and updated to 3.3.9. The only thing I see is the welcome video.
Initial pick up & (2) weeks in I didn't have Sanctuary mode - effectively it just showed up after (2) weeks. I didn't download or update the version - it just decided to appear
Happy to help, and welcome again to the world of Lucid ownership… where sometimes the car knows less than we do and sometimes we know less than the car. And yes, sometimes the delivery agents know less about resets than the owners who learn them the scenic way.
Here is the simple, real version straight from the manual, with a little friendly translation added for sanity and good health.
• Park safely
• Press the brake pedal
• Hold Cancel and Voice Assistant together
• Keep holding for about 10 to 15 seconds
• When you hear single chime, let go
• The screen will go blank, chime, and reboot
• Wait for everything to wake back up
Think of this as telling the car, “Take a breath and try again.”
• Park safely
• Press the brake pedal
• Hold Cancel and Voice Assistant together
• Keep holding for 20 to 25 seconds
• When you hear the double chime, let go
• All screens will black out, reboot, and reload
• Ignore the small audio crackle. That is normal and not the car judging you
This is the automotive version of “turn it off and on again.”
Vehicle Power Cycle (The Walk Away Reset)
This one is not in the manual, but many Lucid owners rely on it when the first two resets decide to be dramatic.
This is the “I am going to pretend I did not see that” reset.
• Park the car and get out
• Lock it and walk away with the key fob, about 50 feet, so the car cannot smell your key fob
• Stay away for a few minutes, which seems to give the car a brief moment of separation reflection
• Return and retry the previous two options.
Think of this as giving the car a short timeout so it can reconsider its life choices.
I am attaching page 196 from the Version 12.2 Lucid Gravity Owner’s Manual, which is honestly the most crucial page of the entire book. Consider this the page to memorize for good health and long, happy ownership.

This morning I realized that the gravity got locked though the app with the key fob still inside. Luckily the key card worked and opened the car! For some reason the car won’t wake up from sleep when I am trying to check it on my app!

I DO find it somewhat creepy and odd that the passenger seat massages the empty front passenger seat whenever I use it. All of the videos have the passenger seat massage even when empty - which creates a weird humming and vibrating sound that’s just annoying.
Update
Call customer service who initially had no idea about sanctuary mode and said it was not available. When I asked them to check further this is the response I got from them.
So I was not able to find a way to push the download to you vehicle but I did find out with the newest update it essentially attempts to complete this download whenever the vehicle is awake. Every time the the vehicle goes to sleep the download stops and starts back up automatically when the vehicle wakes up. Service is you best bet for getting it complete otherwise you would have to have a long drive in your Gravity if you wanted to do it yourself.

The manager of the service Center at Rutherford nj a person named Derrick also had no idea of sanctuary mode. Insisted lucid has nothing like that and that I was confusing it with a Tesla option!!
He then went on to try to explain halo secure stating that I was confused on sanctuary mode. Would refuse to understand that he did not know about the car .
Anyways one mode has got pushed into my car today . The one with waves

Wow… what a journey just to get Sanctuary Mode to wake up. At this rate, the Lucid Gravity should come with frequent flyer miles for all the back and forth between Customer Care and Service.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is both educational and unintentionally hilarious that Customer Care first said Sanctuary Mode does not exist, and then the Rutherford manager confidently explained to you that you were confusing it with Tesla. That is a level of confidence I truly aspire to in life.
For what it’s worth, Sanctuary Mode is very much real, very much a Lucid feature, and very much documented. I am attaching page 189 from the Lucid Gravity Owner’s Manual which describes it clearly. Might be worth forwarding this page to your manager so he can take a brief guided tour through the manual too.
The part about the download only progressing when the car is “awake” is classic Lucid. At least one mode managed to sneak into your car today...welcome to the ocean waves club! Hopefully the rest of the package joins the party soon.
