2025 Lucid Air Touring
I think Lucid is missing not having sales and service in Salt Lake (mobile tech is great, but there are limitations there)
You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a Tesla or a Rivian, and I've seen 4 Lucid's ever... in Salt Lake.
With all the technology on the Wasatch front, this is fertile ground for a company like Lucid, and I don't understand why they are ok, with the bare minimum here?

Yes, and it’s excellent! But any major work gets shipped to Las Vegas ( I imagine).
But a studio with leasing options would be a windfall for Lucid. I think they would easily sell 50 plus cars a month here, maybe more.
No leasing options also puts a damper on Utah sales.

No leasing options.. is that due to some sort of legislation in your state?

Lucid only recently got clearance for sales operations in my state due to the draconian protectionist laws in favor of the legacy dealership model. It's possible they haven't rolled out a full studio in your area for similar reasons.

Utah restricts direct to consumer auto sales just like Washington. As soon as traditional dealer groups realized Tesla was offering a better value, they made it illegal.

Ok, so this is an Utah being stupid thing. Now it all makes sense.

Despicable… I hate dealer lobbyists. lol.

Although, I’d be happy to start a Lucid dealership. XD
