I have owned many cars and been on many car forums over the years. Like this one they are filled with fans, haters and everything in between. But one difference sticks out to me: I have never before seen so many compliments thrown at sales associates (I know most brands are sold through independent franchisees but they get discussed as well). New owners thanking particular individuals, etc. are endemic here. Compare this to the traditional approach:
Clearly this is something that Lucid is getting right. Hopefully it will over the long term translate into more sales as the brand and its front line representatives get recognition.
